  2.   SERVICE CANCELLATION: REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR FIRST PAYMENT FOR FIRST-TIME SUBSCRIBERS ONLY. OTHERWISE, NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED. NO REFUNDS PERMITTED AFTER TRIAL PERIODS. THIS IS A SUBSCRIPTION WHICH MEANS YOU MAY CANCEL ANY TIME BY EMAIL REQUEST SENT TO [email protected]. USERS  WHO HAVE SIGNED UP  WITH THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF THEIR  RENEWAL DATE FOR ANOTHER YEAR SUBSCRIPTION UNLESS THEY  PROCESS THE CANCELLATION ON THE DREAMPORTING U PLATFORM  BEFORE THEIR  NEXT BILLING DATE.

FOR USERS PAYING MONTHLY, THE MONTHLY FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEBITED FROM THE CARD PROVIDED ON THE SAME DATE EACH MONTH. DREAMPORTING LLC, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST PRICING FOR ITS SERVICE OR ANY COMPONENTS THEREOF IN ANY MANNER AND AT ANY TIME AS IT MAY DETERMINE IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. YOU AGREE THAT ANY NOTICES OR OTHER COMMUNICATION THAT DREAMPORTING LLC, SENDS TO YOU WILL SATISFY ANY LEGAL COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENT.
